The Display tab provides ways to activate/deactivate viewports with tyDiffusion. When a viewport is activated, it will be used by tyDiffusion to display the results of its generative processes. Once activated, a series of tyDiffusion icons will also be displayed at the top of the viewport, giving users quick access to various tyDiffusion functions (hover your mouse over an icon to see a tooltip description of its function). Activating a viewport will also enable its safe-frame display, so its aspect ratio will be dependent on 3ds Max’s render resolution, not its overall size on screen.
tyDiffusion will automatically activate the currently active viewport during generation, if no other view is activated at that time. However, if you want to activate multiple viewports, you must do so from the Display tab (tyDiffusion will only auto-activate the active viewport if no other viewport is currently activated - the auto-activation function will not activate multiple viewports).
