The MAXScript operator allows users to store and execute generic MAXScript snippets.
Unlike the (C#) Script operator, the MAXScript operator doesn’t allow you to interface with particles directly during a simulation, but can instead be used to store and execute generic MAXScript snippets. So, for example, if you had an external script that performed some regular task and you wanted to store it with your flow in the .max file itself, you could save it in a MAXScript operator. From there, you can execute the MAXScript code by clicking the “Execute” button, or by clicking the green arrow icon of the operator in the flow editor. This allows for easy management of light-weight MAXScripts within tyFlow.
